Venue

The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention Center Yogyakarta is in the northen region of Yogyakarta, at Palagan Tentara Pelajar Km 7, Sleman. You could easily find it in the maps from your phone. For further information visit their website at alanahotels.com.

Transportation

You could reach Yogyakarta by bus, train, plane, or combination of it. If you come by bus, you may stop at Giwangan bus station. If you come by train, you may stop at Yogyakarta train station or Lempuyangan train station, both are in the middle of the city. If you come by plane, you may stop at Adi Sucipto Airport. From the three station or the airport, you have plenty of choice to go to your destination: city bus called TransJogja, by Taxi, by local motorcycle (ojek), or by online transportation such as GO-JEK or GRAB. You can also rent private vehicle if you want to. It could be easily found around the station or the airport.

Travel support for Participant from Developing Countries

The SEAMS-UGM conference will be providing partial travel supports to selected conference participants coming from Developing Countries (except Indonesia). Priority will be given to presenter, recent Ph.D.’s, and young researcher.

To be considered for a travel support, you have to register via the following form and upload an application letter enclosed by abstract and your CV. The application letter should state why you would like to participate and your research activity. The application will be closed on May 24, 2019.
