Conference Grant for Early Carrier Researchers<\/strong><\/h4>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n

We highly support early-career researchers to participate in our conference. As a way to make our conference more accessible to early-career researchers and provide them with the opportunity to present their work to a wider audience,\n we offer a grant that will help reducing their financial problem of attending our conference. The grant offers a reduced registration fee to a limited number of individuals where they can use the student registration fee instead\n of the regular presenter registration fee.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for the grant, applicants must be<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

a. Early-career researchers, defined as those who have completed their PhD within the last five years.<\/p>\n

b. Based in low- or middle-income countries in Asia Pacific region such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bhutan, Mongolia, Malaysia, Thailand, and many others.<\/p>\n

c. Registering as presenters at the conference.<\/p>\n

To apply for the grant, applicants must fill the following form that includes information about the title and abstract of the paper and the motivation letter.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The application deadline is 10th June 2023<\/strong>. This grant is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage eligible researchers to apply as soon as possible. The recipients of the grant will be notified\n via email and will receive a reduced registration fee as presenters, as follows:<\/p>\n

a. Early bird<\/strong> (payment before 8th June 2023): 250 USD\/presenter<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. Normal<\/strong> (payment after 8th June 2023): 350 USD\/presenter<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

As a testament to our commitment to fostering academic excellence and promoting student participation, we are pleased to offer a special registration discount for a group of students from the same university who will be presenting\n at the 9th SEAMS-UGM 2023 conference. For those who are eligible, we offer a reduced fee in registering as presenters as follows:<\/p>\n

a. Early bird<\/strong> (payment before 8th June 2023) : 225 USD\/presenter<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. Normal<\/strong> (payment after 8th June 2023)<\/span>: 275 USD\/presenter<\/strong><\/p>\n

This offer is available only when there are 5 or more students from the same university<\/strong> who will register at our conference as presenters.<\/p>\n
