The Symposium on Biomathematics (Symomath) 2021 will be conducted virtually on July 16-17, 2021. The scientific programs will include plenary lectures and invited lectures in parallel sessions. The objectives of the symposium are to provide a communication forum between researcher, lecturers, and students in the area of Biomathematics, Biostatistics, Healthcare, and Health Insurance.

The Symomath is an annual event provided by the Indonesian Biomathematics Society (IBMS) in cooperation with some universities in Indonesia. The first Symomath was held in Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2013, and the 8th Symomath 2021 will be held by the Department of Mathematics, Universitas Gadjah Mada.


Call for Paper

Participants who want to present their paper should submit their abstract. Only selected abstracts will be presented in the symposium. Author can only submit up to two papers abstract.

The abstract review process will take at most one month. The deadline for full paper submission will be on July 13, 2021 and the selected full paper will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings or Thales Mathematical Journal (JMT).
