Registration for Conference
Participants can register to the conference using the attached form and return it to the Organizing Committee no later than May 31th 2011. Please note that you may also register and send your abstract submission via electronic mail: seams2011@ugm.ac.id or seams2011@gmail.com, or via the Conference web site: http://seams2011.fmipa.ugm.ac.id. (please send a copy carbon of your submission to seams2011@gmail.com).
Conference Fee
The conference fee is given in the following table. The conference fee will cover: conference kits, meals (1 lunch, 2 times of coffee breaks per day), Cultural Evening (include Dinner), and a certificate of participation.

Proceeding
The invited lectures and refereed contributed papers will be published in the proceeding of the conference. Only the participants that present their paper in the conference will be considered for the publication in the proceeding. The deadline of submission of full paper is August 15, 2011. In order to have an accepted paper published in the proceeding, the authors of that paper have to pay a fee of USD 60 (received CD proceeding) and for the Indonesian academicians, there is a special rate of Rp. 150.000,- (received CD proceeding).
