Participants who want to present their paper should submit their abstract no later than April 27, 2019. Only selected abstracts will be presented in the conference. Author can only submit up to two papers abstract.
The abstract review process will take at most one month. The deadline for full paper submission will be on August 13, 2019. The announcement of accepted papers will be on October 14, 2019. All contributed talks will have about 20 minute lectures (including Q & A) in the parallel sessions.
