5. What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?       

A: We only accommodate on-site meetings

6. How much is the publication fee for the article?

A: 1.750.000 IDR or 150 USD

7. What is included in the registration fees?

A: Fees are inclusive of the 4-day conference, e-book of abstracts, e-certificate of attendance, lunches, coffee break, gala dinner, and conference kits

8. How do I get access to the conference schedule?

9. Is the publication fee included in the registration fee?

A: No. The publication fee is 1.750.000 IDR or 150 USD

10. Will the selected abstract be published in Scopus indexed journal?

A: The author(s) of the selected abstracts will be invited to present a talk in the paraller session. We also invite the presenters to submit a full paper to the AIP Proceedings (indexed by Scopus). Submitted papers will be blindly peer-reviewed

11. Are the accommodation included in the registration fee?

12. Can I get a certificate of attendance?

A: Yes, we will provide an e-certificate

13. How long does it take to receive an acceptance notification for the abstract submission?

A: Approximately one week

14. When will the accepted paper appear in the AIP proceedings?

A: We have submitted the proceedings papers to the AIP. The processing time might take some time, it may be up to one year. We kindly ask you to wait for an update from us.
